Welcome to PartnerUp2Win.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the PartnerUp2Win website, platform, events, competitions, prize draw features, team-building tools, and related services.

By using PartnerUp2Win, creating an account, joining an event, creating a team, accepting an invitation, or participating in a prize draw, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use PartnerUp2Win.

1. About PartnerUp2Win

PartnerUp2Win is a prize-winning social networking platform designed to help people connect, form teams, participate in events, and, where applicable, take part in prize draw experiences.

Participants may be assigned or issued a unique PartnerUp2Win ID. Depending on the event rules, users may become Team Leaders, invite Team Members, join teams, and, if selected as a winner, choose a Prize Partner to share a prize.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required in your jurisdiction, to create an account, participate in prize events, or receive prizes unless a specific event clearly states otherwise and complies with applicable law.

By using PartnerUp2Win, you confirm that:

  • the information you provide is accurate and complete;
  • you are legally permitted to use the platform;
  • you will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws;
  • you are not prohibited from participating in prize draws or promotional events in your location.

PartnerUp2Win may refuse, suspend, or cancel participation where eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account or log in using an approved third-party service such as Google or Facebook.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must not allow another person to use your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

PartnerUp2Win may suspend or terminate an account if we believe it has been misused, compromised, created using false information, or used in breach of these Terms.

4. PartnerUp2Win IDs

PartnerUp2Win may issue each participant a unique PartnerUp2Win ID for identification within an event, team, or prize draw.

Your PartnerUp2Win ID may be used to:

  • identify your event entry;
  • connect you to a team;
  • confirm your Team Leader or Team Member status;
  • support prize draw administration;
  • assist with winner and Prize Partner verification.

You must not sell, transfer, manipulate, duplicate, or misuse PartnerUp2Win IDs.

5. Teams, Team Leaders and Team Members

PartnerUp2Win may allow users to create, join, or manage teams.

A Team Leader may invite others to join a team. Team Members may accept invitations or join through approved platform features.

Team names, profile names, images, and team communications must not be offensive, abusive, unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, threatening, obscene, or infringe anyone else’s rights.

PartnerUp2Win may remove or edit team names, profiles, images, or content that breach these Terms.

6. Prize Draws and Prize Partner Selection

Where an event includes a prize draw, the specific event page, event rules, or organiser terms will explain how that prize draw operates.

Unless stated otherwise, if a Team Leader wins a prize draw, the Team Leader may be required to choose one eligible Team Member as their Prize Partner. The prize may then be shared between the Winner and Prize Partner according to the event rules.

By participating, you understand that:

  • winning is not guaranteed;
  • participation does not guarantee a prize;
  • prizes may be subject to verification;
  • PartnerUp2Win may require identity, eligibility, payment, or compliance checks before awarding a prize;
  • failure to respond, verify identity, or comply with event rules may result in forfeiture.

Prize sharing, where applicable, will be governed by the specific event rules.

7. No Gambling Statement

PartnerUp2Win is intended as a social networking, engagement, team-building, and prize draw platform.

Unless expressly stated and legally approved, PartnerUp2Win is not intended to operate as gambling, betting, wagering, or a lottery service.

Users must not use the platform for illegal gambling, betting pools, unauthorised lotteries, or unlawful prize schemes.

Event organisers are responsible for ensuring that their events comply with all applicable promotional, prize draw, sweepstake, competition, consumer protection, tax, advertising, and gaming laws in the relevant jurisdiction.

8. Event Organisers

If you create, host, sponsor, promote, or administer an event through PartnerUp2Win, you are responsible for:

  • providing accurate event information;
  • ensuring prize information is truthful and not misleading;
  • funding or securing any advertised prizes;
  • complying with applicable laws and regulations;
  • obtaining any required permits, licences, permissions, or approvals;
  • handling venue, safety, tax, and winner-verification obligations;
  • treating participants fairly.

PartnerUp2Win may review, reject, suspend, or remove events at its discretion.

9. Payments, Credits and Fees

PartnerUp2Win may offer paid features, event deposits, credits, organiser tools, or other paid services.

Any prices, fees, credits, deposits, or payment terms will be shown before purchase or participation where applicable.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • payments are processed by third-party payment providers;
  • you must provide accurate billing information;
  • fees may be non-refundable once an event, credit, or paid feature has been used;
  • PartnerUp2Win may change fees or credit structures from time to time.

Refunds, if available, will be handled according to the specific payment terms shown at the time of purchase.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • use the platform for unlawful purposes;
  • harass, abuse, threaten, impersonate, or exploit others;
  • create fake, duplicate, automated, or misleading accounts;
  • manipulate prize draws, IDs, teams, or invitations;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the platform;
  • scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse platform data;
  • upload malware, harmful code, or unlawful content;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account.

PartnerUp2Win may suspend or terminate users who breach these rules.

11. User Content

You may be able to upload or submit names, photos, comments, team details, profile information, event information, messages, or other content.

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant PartnerUp2Win a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, store, moderate, and process that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, improving, and administering the platform and related events.

You confirm that you have the right to submit any content you provide.

12. Privacy

Your use of PartnerUp2Win is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information, including account details, social login information, event participation data, and prize verification information.

You should read the Privacy Policy before using the platform.

13. Third-Party Services

PartnerUp2Win may use third-party services, including payment processors, social login providers, analytics tools, hosting providers, email services, and event-related partners.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

PartnerUp2Win is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, services, outages, errors, or decisions.

14. Intellectual Property

The PartnerUp2Win name, brand, logo, platform design, software, features, content, mechanics, event formats, trade dress, graphics, text, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to PartnerUp2Win.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

15. Platform Availability

PartnerUp2Win aims to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the platform at any time, including for maintenance, security, legal, commercial, or operational reasons.

16. Disqualification and Account Suspension

PartnerUp2Win may suspend, restrict, disqualify, or terminate a user, team, event, entry, or prize claim if we believe there has been:

  • fraud;
  • manipulation;
  • breach of these Terms;
  • breach of event rules;
  • unlawful activity;
  • abusive behaviour;
  • duplicate or fake accounts;
  • technical misuse;
  • failure to verify eligibility.

Our decision may be final where necessary to protect the platform, users, organisers, or prize integrity.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartnerUp2Win will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss arising from participation in an event or prize draw.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

18. No Warranty

PartnerUp2Win is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • the platform will meet your expectations;
  • every event will proceed as planned;
  • every prize will be available in all circumstances;
  • the platform will be free from errors or interruptions;
  • social login, payment, email, or third-party services will always work.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make significant changes, we may notify users through the website, by email, or through the platform.

Your continued use of PartnerUp2Win after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [England and Wales unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England & Wales unless applicable law provides otherwise.
